  • I can no longer make the event. Can I get a refund?
    No, all sales are final. We regret to inform you that refunds are not available once the purchase is made.
  • What happens if I lose my wristband?
    Wristbands are non-replaceable, and if lost, you will be required to purchase a new one at the full current price. Please take extra care to responsibly manage and keep track of your wristband throughout the event. If you have any concerns or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our event staff.
  • I have paid my deposit, now what?
    Once your deposit is paid, you will receive an email containing a link titled "Make A Payment / Instalment." This link will guide you through the process of paying your instalments. The instalment payments are designed to offer financial flexibility for your convenience. To make a payment, visit https://thelushpartiesuk.eventcube.io/support/manage-order, enter your booking reference and email address, click on "instalments," and then select "make a payment." If you cannot locate your booking reference, please contact info@lushpartiesuk.com and they will re-send it to you. We encourage you to take advantage of this payment structure, allowing you to plan and manage your expenses effectively. Don't forget to book your flights as soon as you find a deal with your preferred airline!
  • I have paid my deposit, when do I need to pay the rest by?
    Instalment payments are spread across monthly payments, with each payment due on the 26th of the month. It's important to actively check your email, especially for messages from info@lushpartiesuk.co.uk, as they will contain payment confirmations. This ensures you stay informed about your payment schedule.
  • Can I pay my instalments off early?
    Yes, you are welcome to pay off your instalments early if you are able to. Please ensure that all instalments are paid on time to avoid late fees and additional charges.
  • When will we know what events are on and where?
    We will email you a full schedule before the event. Additionally, a digital copy of the schedule will be emailed to you one week before the event starts. Stay tuned for all the exciting details.
  • I can't make the full trip, can I still come along?
    Yes, you can still join us! You'll need to purchase an events wristband, and you can choose which events you wish to attend or not attend. However, please note that if you decide to stay longer than the listed itinerary, any additional events outside our schedule will not be covered.
  • Do you provide travel to the events?
    No, we do not provide travel to the events. All events are taking place within a 10km radius of the city centre, and with its excellent transport links, you will need to commute by train, tram, bus, or taxi to and from the events. Plan your transportation accordingly.
  • When is Lush Barcelona?
    Lush Barcelona is scheduled to take place from Friday, 6th September 2024, to Monday, 9th September 2024. The last event is on the night of Sunday, 8th September 2024.
  • What is the age restriction?
    All attendees must be 18+.
  • Where do I collect my wristband from?
    Wristbands will be collected in Barcelona. Full details, including collection points and times, will be emailed to you much closer to the event, upon full completion of payment. Keep an eye on your email for this important information.
  • What is the weather like in Barcelona?
    Generally, the weather in Barcelona is usually around 26 degrees Celsius in September. However, it's always a good idea to check closer to your travel dates for more accurate and up-to-date weather forecasts.
  • What's the emergency number in Barcelona?
    In Barcelona, as well as throughout Spain, the emergency number is 112. This number can be dialed for police, medical emergencies, or fire services. It's a universal emergency number that works across the European Union. If you need immediate assistance, dial 112, and operators will connect you to the relevant emergency service.
  • When should we land in Barcelona?
    Our first event takes place at 10pm / 11pm on Friday 6th September 2024 so we would recommend you to book a flight landing by 4pm so you can have enough time to travel to your accommodation, get checked in, changed, and head to our first event. Our last event will take place on Sunday 8th September 2024, so you should fly back home on Monday 9th Septmeber 2024.
  • What currency do I use in Barcelona?
    The official currency used in Barcelona, and throughout Spain, is the Euro (€). It's advisable to exchange your currency for Euros before your trip or use local ATMs in Barcelona to withdraw Euros. Most businesses, hotels, and restaurants in the city accept credit cards, but it's always handy to have some cash for smaller establishments or places that might not accept cards.
  • Are flights/accommodation included in my package?
    Flights are not included in your price, and it will be up to you to arrange these yourselves. Accommodation is only included in the 'Hotel & Events Package.' Please ensure you make the necessary arrangements for your flights and choose the package that suits your accommodation needs.
  • What airport do we fly to?
    The primary airport serving Barcelona is Barcelona-El Prat Airport (BCN). When planning your trip, make sure to book your flights to and from Barcelona-El Prat Airport for convenient access to the city. The airport is 30 minutes away from city centre.
  • Are you offering hotel transfers?
    No, we do not offer hotel transfers. We recommend that you take a taxi, which can accommodate up to 4 passengers. Taxis are readily available outside of the airport. Alternatively, you can search online to pre-book a taxi. Another cost-effective option is to pre-book shuttle buses or coaches, which are generally cheaper than a taxi. Make the travel arrangements that best suit your preferences and schedule.
  • Where should I stay in Barcelona?
    We are working closely with Hotel Ronda House to provide you a great experience so we recommend you book a hotel and wristband package with us. If you are looking to sort your own accommodation, we advise you to stay as close to La Rambla as possible.
  • If I have a party of 4 or more, are we guaranteed to stay together?
    We will do our best to accommodate groups and keep all members together in one room. However, due to room availability and other factors, we may not always be able to guarantee that the entire party can stay together. If we are unable to accommodate the entire group in a single room, we will make every effort to keep the rooms in close proximity. In rare instances, it may be necessary to allocate members of the party to separate rooms. Rest assured that we will strive to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. If you have specific requests or concerns regarding room arrangements, please feel free to contact our team in advance, and we will do our utmost to assist you.
